Our delivery service typically ensures your order reaches you within 1 business day of placement, usually scheduled between 10:30 am to 6 pm. While we strive to accommodate your preferred delivery time, please understand that, unlike single-trip delivery services like Grab/Uber/Food Panda, we operate on a different logistical model.

To maintain cold chain management, we utilize our cold truck for deliveries, strategically routing across the island. If you're pressed for time, feel free to arrange for in-store pickup with your driver. Just drop us a note at your convenience.

In the rare event of a delayed delivery (after 6 pm), we kindly request that you refrain from directing any verbal abuse toward our drivers or staff. Traffic conditions occasionally present unforeseen challenges beyond our control. Rest assured, we remain committed to fulfilling your requests to the best of our abilities.

Please refrain from making payments upfront, as product weights may vary slightly. Upon receiving a "processing email" from us, consider it your secondary confirmation that your order is being handled. The final amount will be communicated to you via message/SMS/Email or a call before dispatch.

Payments can be conveniently made via PayNow to our Company's UEN number (201936674H) or in cash upon delivery.
