Return Policy
Meat Collective will only accept return or exchange product if has met the below requirements:
-Tampered products.
-Below required temperature.
-Spoiled items.
Returned goods must:
-be in its original packaging,
-retain its original label,
-be kept in its intended proper storage condition (chilled/frozen)
Meat Collective has the right to decline returns if the above requirements are not met.
We can only accept refund or return within 24 hours from the time of delivery. As we offer perishable products we cannot accommodate any issues later than that.
Cancellation Policy
For any cancellation orders, kindly email enquiries@meatcollective.com.sg 48 hours prior to your expected delivery date.
The refund process may take up to 3 working days.
Please note that there will be No Cancellation allowed if your order has been prepared.
