Free delivery for orders above $150. Below $150, we have a delivery fee of $12.
Delivery is typically within 1 business day upon order placement and usually timed between 10am to 6pm. We regret to inform you that we are not obliged to conform to your delivery time as we are not able to make single trip deliveries like Grab/Uber/Food Panda or any other delivery vendors out there.
We deliver via our own cold truck to maintain cold chain management and locations are routed geographically across island wide on any given day. If you are in a hurry, you may arrange for your driver to pick them up in store. Just drop us a note anytime.
Please do not verbally abuse our drivers or our staffs if your delivery turns up late (after 6pm). Sometimes, traffic conditions are truly beyond our control. We, however, are committed to try our utmost best to accede to your requests at all times.
Please do not make payments as product needs to be weighted and there will be some slight variation in weight. A "processing email" sent to you serves as our second confirmation receipt from us to you that everything is available and your orders will be processed accordingly.
The total and final amount will then be made known to you via message/SMS/Email or a call prior to dispatch.
Payments shall then be made via Paynow to our Company's UEN number (201936674H) or Cash only.
